In all nations and countries of Cuprea, there are very specific and strict rules about naming.
ARNABOS
Names tend to have a trivial connotation to them, like what you would name your pet... maybe.
Some inspirations I've pulled from: Company names, product names, objects, locations, spices
Names of higher value, such as what we would consider "human" names mostly found in ancient history or old stories, such as Oberon, Gilgamesh, Titania, are given to those who have accomplished something of merit and deserve a name with such weight.
The only time biblically derived names such as John, Jacob, David, Ben, Mary, Sarah, Ester, etc., should come up is if it's a nickname. These names are strictly not allowed when naming Cupreans because they didn't have the Bible/Torah/Q'uran
Additionally, most human names should be avoided. The name you choose should be something you would squint at if you actually named your child that. (Case in point, Corriander)
HYOTTREN
Forest names, possibly with Nordic, Scandinavian, Icelandic origins.
